First Steps

Scenario 1: I have an OLT operating with clients. If your OLT is already operational, follow these steps.

1Add OLT in AdminOLT.See Manual Here.

1.1. Paste connection script (optional) for remote access. See Manual Here

2Apply initial configuration.See Manual Here.

3Authorize an ONU.See Manual Here.

4View authorized ONU and verify internet access.See Manual Here.See Manual Here

5Import ONU's from the OLT (Optional).See Manual Here.

By reaching step 4, your ONU should have internet access, and that's all the configuration that will be applied.

Questions:

Will applying the initial configuration erase or replace my current OLT settings?

No, AdminOLT only adds what is necessary to authorize ONU's. Your OLT will continue to function correctly. If you encounter any issues, please check the status of your equipment or network.

Scenario 2: My OLT is new, and I want to connect it to AdminOLT. If your OLT is new and requires preliminary configuration, please follow these steps.

1Access the OLT and create accesses.

1.1. Create Accesses on Huawei OLT. 1.2. Create Accesses on ZTE OLT.
